These prints are a testament to my enduring connection with the natural environment I now call home. Each piece begins with an Eco print, created using native plant material carefully gathered from my property—leaves, and blossoms that carry the textures and stories of the land. These organic impressions are then layered with photographs I captured of a bird’s nest discovered nestled nearby, and the surrounding bushland. The interplay between print and image evokes a sense of place that is both intimate and expansive.
This work is deeply informed by the birdlife I share this space with—their movements, songs, and quiet presence continue to shape not only one of these pieces but my broader artistic practice. Through this blending of techniques, I seek to honour the rhythms of the landscape and the fragile beauty of coexistence.
